Registration Is Now Open
Registration is open for MCA members and non-members, as well as vendors.
Each attendee registration includes all meals on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday. Please don't sign up for individual meals for yourself.
Guest registration packages include all meals. Guests wanting to attend JUST dinner need to purchase dinner tickets separately. See details on the registration form, which can be found by clicking on the register button.
Registration ends February 9, 2026.
MCA is working on the agenda, and attendees will receive it via email once it's complete.
Accommodations
MCA has reserved a block of rooms for $139 per night. Reservations can be made via phone by calling (877) 232-4532 and mentioning the group code MCA022326 or online at https://www.soaringeaglecasino.com/.
When booking online, go to Resort>Book a Room>Choose Check In and Check Out Dates>Choose Group Code ((MCA022326) in the Dropdown Menu>Enter MCA022326 in the group code section. This will bring up available rooms. Reservations must be made by February 1 to receive the group rate.
Vendors
Registration rates apply to vendors as well.
Each vendor registration comes with a 6-foot draped table. Please indicate on the registration form whether you need electricity.
Vendor set up is 4-6 p.m. Monday, February 23 in the Black River Room. Vendors requiring electricity will have reserved signs on their tables; otherwise, tables are first come, first serve. PLEASE DO NOT SET UP BEFORE 4 P.M. MONDAY.

Again this year, sponsorships are available. Please see options on the registration form and indicate which event(s) you'd like sponsor. Sponsors will receive signage.
